Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your MyZappz account and the personal data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to request deletion and what happens when you do.

How to Delete Your Account

You can request account deletion in either of the following ways:

  • In the app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and follow the prompts.
  • By email: Send a deletion request to contact@myzappz.com from the email address associated with your account.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your profile information (name, email address, phone number)
  • Your stamp cards and loyalty history
  • Any offers or rewards associated with your account
  • Push notification tokens and device identifiers

What May Be Retained

Certain data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Vendor billing records — retained for 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations (vendors only).
  • Anonymised or aggregated analytics — data that cannot identify you individually may be retained for service improvement.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive an email confirmation once your account and data have been removed.
